Bruce Lee created a symbol to represent his art and his life.  He used this symbol in his schools, on his stationary and business cards, and he created a medallion of this symbol that he wore on a long chain around his neck.  This symbol, which bears his philosophical quote, "Using no way as way; having no limitation as limitation", had deep meaning for him and represented an approach to life that was free and limitless in its possibilities if one could flow with change and turn obstacles into stepping stones.

We collaborated with Moleskine to bring you this leather bound journal which bears the Core Symbol.  As you may know, my father was a prolific writer, an artist of life.  You can find the journal by CLICKING HERE.

A friend of mine found this on facebook.  I LOVE the confidence and panache of this artist (I don't know his name), it is definitely worth the watch.  Enjoy!

I am very pleased to announce our partnership with Electronic Arts in the new UFC video game for the next gen consoles.  I hope you will watch the VLOG we did for this grand occasion.  Shannon

Bruce Lee's JKD Symbol Medallion:

My father created a symbol to represent his art and his life. He used this symbol on his schools, his stationery, his business cards, and he created a medallion of this symbol which he wore on a long chain around his neck. This symbol, which bears his philosophical quote, "Using no way as way; having no limitation as limitation", had deep meaning for him and represented an approach to life that was free and limitless in its possibilities if one could flow with change and turn obstacles into stepping stones! I hope this homage to my father's style and beliefs resonates with you and brings meaning to your life!  I hope you will watch the VLOG we prepared on the meaning behind the necklace (below).  xShannon

Sports Illustrated just released it's Top 50 Althletes of All Time.  My father was #15.  One of the things that jumped out at me is that Bruce Lee and Laird Hamilton (Extreme Surfer) were the only two athletes on the list who did not compete in a tournament, league, game, sport or the like.  Also, Royce Gracie is # 44.  What are your thoughts?

The list:  #1  Michael Jordan, #2 Muhammed Ali, #3 Jackie Robinson, #4 Wayne Gretsky, #5 Jim Thorpe, #6 Babe Ruth, #7 Tiger Woods, #8 Roger Federer, #9 Michael Phelps, #10 Pele, #11 Kareem Abdul-Jabber, #12 Bo Jackson, #13 Carl Lewis, #14 Gordie Howe, #15 BRUCE LEE, #16 Larry Bird, #17 Magic Johnson, #18 Bill Russell, #19 Joe Montana, #20 Babe Didrikson Zaharias, #21 Mickey Mantle, #22 Willie Mays, #23 Jack Nicklaus, #24 Ted Williams, #25 Margaret Court, #26 Diego Maradona, #27 Jim Brown, #28 Mark Spitz, #29 Deion Sanders, #30 Walter Peyton, #31 Joe Lewis, #32 Emmitt Smith, #33 Lou Gherig, #34 Hank Aaron, #35 Laird Hamilton, #36 Jerry Rice, #37 Wilt Chamberlin, #38 Mia Hamm, #39 Tony Hawk, #40 Joe DiMaggio, #41 Peyton Manning, #42 Ty Cobb, #43 Mark Allen, #44 Royce Gracie, #45 Jesse Owens, #46 Serena Williams, #47 LeBron James, #48 Sandy Koufax, #49 Cy Young, #50 Lawrence Taylor.
