Bruce Lee's JKD Symbol Medallion:
My father created a symbol to represent his art and his life. He used this symbol on his schools, his stationery, his business cards, and he created a medallion of this symbol which he wore on a long chain around his neck. This symbol, which bears his philosophical quote, "Using no way as way; having no limitation as limitation", had deep meaning for him and represented an approach to life that was free and limitless in its possibilities if one could flow with change and turn obstacles into stepping stones! I hope this homage to my father's style and beliefs resonates with you and brings meaning to your life! I hope you will watch the VLOG we prepared on the meaning behind the necklace (below). xShannon

Happy Birthday, Dad! My father's legacy and his way of life continues to live on stronger than ever. His message is so relevant today. He would have been 73 today.
To celebrate his birthday, I sat down with Bas Rutten, Heavyweight Champion and host of Inside MMA to talk about my father and his legacy. I hope you will watch.
Thank you to the hundreds of people who submitted their Bruce Lee Halloween Costumes. I was so impressed with so many of the costumes, and the effort was through the roof! It was so much fun to go through all of the submissions. So many generations were represented. It reminds me that my father's legacy spans generations and cultures and continues to live on strong through all of us! We put together a behind the scenes VLOG of the selection process. Enjoy! Thank you again to all who participated. We will ship out a signed copy of The Treasures of Bruce Lee to the winners (it was originally going to be 5, but I had to choose 7 :). xShannon

The Official Trailer (gets me excited every time I see it)
I am excited to announce the Bruce/Brandon Fine Art Print. Click Here to view it in the store. This is a very special print to me. The print is based upon two well known images of my father and brother. When I say this piece, I fell in love with it. The combination of the two photos and the artistry of Troy Gua is truly awe inspiring. There is a fusion between my father and brother and yet each stand alone in the print. We are doing a limited edition of 250 prints. I will sign and number each archival quality print (each print was hand pulled by Sergei Lazutin, master printer and owner of Kolibri Art Studios).
We did a video about the piece as well in which I read a letter that Brandon wrote to our father when Brandon was only 7 years old. I also explain the print in greater detail. I hope you will take a minute to watch.
Thank you for your amazing support!
On July 20, 2013, The Bruce Lee: Kung Fu. Art. Life. Exhibit opened in Hong Kong at the Hong Kong Heritage Museum. We lent hundreds of items to the musuem for this exhibit which is AMAZING. I am very proud of the exhibit and excited about our partnership with the Hong Kong Heritage Museum. If you are in Hong Kong, please pay a visit...you will not be disappointed. To get a glimpse of the exhibit, please watch the video we put together below. Please also be sure to visit the Hong Kong Heritage Facebook page for more information www.facebook.com/visithkmuseums.
It is the 40th Anniversary of my father's passing. I cannot believe it has been 40 years. We went deep into the photo archives to put together a piece for you that is more of an intimate look at his life - his family, his friends, his childhood - to commemorate Bruce Lee's life and legacy that continues to inspire us all. The music that accompanies the video, 'Be Like Water' was written and performed by recording artist Mozez specifically for this tribute.
I hope you will all take a little time out of your day to watch.
I also did an article with A&E about my father. Click Here to read.
There has never been a Bruce Lee statue erected in the United States. Until now. On June 16, 2013, after a long road and so much hard work, a statute of my father was unveiled in Los Angeles Chinatown. That being said, there is still some work to be done. We need to raise funds to keep and maintain the statue and its surroundings in Chinatown Los Angeles permanently, but you can help!
Please contact Susan Bollinger firstname.lastname@example.org/(714)470-2698 or Larry Jung email@example.com/(626)806-2248 to learn more about contributing to the preservation and perpetuation of Bruce Lee's legacy by way of the Chinatown statue. Checks payable to the Asian Pacific American Legal Center (APALC) Memo: Bruce Lee Statue, 1145 Wilshire Boulevard, Second Fl., Los Angeles, CA 90017.
Below is a picture from the unveiling. The turnout was fantastic. I want to give a special thank you to The Los Angeles Chinatown Corp, Larry Jung, Pedro Chan and everyone else who helped make this dream a reality! xShannon
The San Francisco Giants held the 2nd Annual Bruce Lee Tribute Night at AT&T Park to benefit the Bruce Lee Foundation. The night was truly amazing. The Giants are a first class organization. I am grateful for the affiliation and for their support of the Bruce Lee Foundation. We put together a highlight video from the night. Enjoy! xShannon
The 40th Anniversary of 'Enter The Dragon' is here! I am amazed & humbled that after 40 years, my father's legacy, what he stood for and embodied, is more relevant today than ever. To celebrate the 40th Anniversary, Warner Brothers has released a remastered Blu-Ray of this epic masterpiece. In addition, the Blu-Ray is loaded with Bonus Materials including the documentary 'No Way As Way' which I produced and directed. 'No Way As Way' focuses on the idea of 'self-mastery' and the steps to achieve this, as exemplified by Bruce Lee and by the personal journeys of Sugar Ray Leonard (world champion boxer), Steve Aoki (Grammy nominated producer, artist and DJ, and George Takei (actor/activist). My mother, Linda, and I appear in the documentary as well.
The single, "Be Like Water" as well as the original score for the documentary is written and performed by the incredibly talented artist, Mozez http://numenrecords.co.uk/ & https://www.facebook.com/MozezMusic.
We are also offering amazing prints by the very talented artist, Sugahara, limited edition t-shirts and more all to commemorate this august occasion. Click on the graphic below to find all of the goodies! xShannon
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences honored the 40th Anniversary of 'Enter The Dragon' this month. It hosted an exhibition of Kung Fu Posters from years past and a panel that included "Enter The Dragon" stars Bob Wall, John Saxon, producers Paul Heller & Jerry Weintraub and Composer Lalo Schifren. It was truly a great night to experience.
As we lead up to the 40th Anniversary of 'Enter The Dragon', I will be playing iconic clips from the film, courtesy of Warner Brothers. As I wrote before, Warner Brothers will be releasing the 40th Anniversary DVD/Blu-Ray with Bonus Materials in June. The DVD/Blu-Ray will go on pre-sale at the Official Bruce Lee Store in May. Hard to believe it has been 40 years; the timeless qualities of my father's performance and contriubtions to the script live on. I chose The Art of Fighting Without Fighting clip for this blog. Enjoy.
Please stay tuned for more information on the release and on the documentary 'No Way As Way' (one of the Bonus Materials on the DVD/Blu-Ray release) starring Sugar Ray Leonard, Steve Aoki, George Takei, my mother Linda and myself with music by Mozez.

I am so pleased to announce the release of The Treasures of Bruce Lee - The Official Story Of The Legendary Martial Artist. I worked very closely with the author and publisher of this book and am quite pleased with the way it turned out. The book is three dimensional, so to speak - pictures, writing and treasures. Inside the book, there are pockets that contain replica memorabilia ranging from letters to pictures to movie tickets. To introduce this book to Bruce Lee's loyal fans, we are offering an exclusive colletor's edition that I will sign and number. We will also be including one treausre that will not be in the regular edition of the book! The collector's edition is limited to 75! I was reading through my father's notes and came across this page. I felt like it is applicable to our every day lives. If we try too hard, push too hard, we ultimately work against ourselves. xShannon
The Hong Kong Association of Washington Foundation hosted the Chinese Lunar New Year Gala to benefit the Bruce Lee Action Museum. This event kicked-off our dream of building the Bruce Lee Action Museum in Seattle, a place that was very dear to my father.
I will be provided much more information about the project in the near future (including a new website that we are launching dedicated to the Bruce Lee Action Museum).
Thank you to all who attended the fundraiser and thank you to The Hong Kong Association of Washington Foundation! I hope you enjoy the highlights from the event!
